WHY WE LOVE TO CRUISE

We love to cruise - it’s convenient, great for multi-generational traveling, and we believe that it can save you more money in the long run! If you've never been on a cruise before, you might be wondering why anyone would want to cruise when you can explore a whole region during your trip. We love to travel on land and also cruise, and here’s why we love cruising!

First off, cruises are super convenient. Everything you need is right there on the ship, so you don't have to worry about coordinating travel, accommodation, meals, and activities. It's all taken care of for you. Plus, with a wide variety of destinations, excursions, and cruise activities to choose from, you're sure to find something that everyone in your group will love.

Cruises can be really affordable vacations too, especially since they include all meals, accommodations, activities, and entertainment in the price. You can be lounging by the pool, going to one of their nightly shows, or enjoying a romantic dinner for two — there are infinite ways to spend quality time together on a cruise.

But the best part about cruises is the opportunity to visit multiple destinations in one trip. Imagine waking up in a new place every day, with no packing or unpacking required, and you can sample all that city has to offer! We like to “sample” new locations on cruises before visiting again for a much longer, more immersive trip.

So if you're on the fence about whether or not to take a cruise, we highly recommend giving it a try. We think you'll fall in love with everything a cruise has to offer, just like we have. Happy sailing!

OUR CRUISE ADVENTURES

Convenient. Fun. Accessible.

Why We Cruise

Both Joe and I have been cruising with our own families for many years. Despite all our mutli-generational personalities and interests, cruises offer various experiences + excursion options that can suit anyone. We also really enjoyed cruising with our families because it is a convenient, enjoyable, and even educational vacation option. I’m sure our parents appreciated the convenience of having all meals, entertainment, and transportation between destinations included in the price of the cruise as well! I remember making so many friends in the teenager clubs, trying new cuisines, and learning about different languages from people all over the world. In fact, in addition to my exchange programs in high school, cruising was my first real encounter with kids my age in different countries experiencing a totally different way of life. We went on a cruise for my 21st birthday, and I ended up dancing with my 88-year-old great-aunt until midnight - it was epic!

Overall, cruising allows you to relax and unwind with your family while also having new and exciting experiences. Whenever Joe and I have kids, we plan on cruising more often for vacations, because frankly - we love the convenience and experience!

That’s me in Dubrovnik, Croatia on my first European cruise at 16 years old!
